- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different in the custom built world, I try my best to give a price that is both fair to the customer and fair to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever possible, I get a rough price to the customer in order for them to know what they are getting into. Then an in-home consultation is usually scheduled to discuss the specifics of the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started woodworking as a kid with my Dad, then I took every shop class that was available in Middle and High school. It is my hobby as well as my business!
