- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to listen and make sure my customers needs are expectations are realistic with my capabilities and expertise. I will survey the property and make recommendations to enhance the natural beauty of the property.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents had several properties that my Father and I maintained. We both enjoyed working outside. Unfortunately Alzheimers robbed Dad of his desire to work outside. I had to purchase more efficiently equipped to help compensate for the loss. Neighbor admired my work ethic and Yard Therapy was created.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend that you hire a lawn professional that is very passionate about their work. I would recommend that you hire a lawn professional that will want your yard to look the best in the neighborhood.
