- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer has to realize you get what you pay for. These are REAL Excaliburs, not fake reproductions. Pricewise, there is really nothing to compare them with and they do command a premium price. Our prices include driver's tip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to educate any new customers that call us. We feel that's the only way the customer can get what they really want and have no regrets afterwards. An educated consumer makes for a happy repeat client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a "car guy" since I was a child. I have a collection of cars myself. I have been "hands on" with all of my cars. If you talk to me about cars you will feel my passion for them. I started driving limousines in the late 1980's. I attend car shows, meets and gatherings regularly.
