Alan came out just one day after I called to check our screened porch roof and wall for mold after a major leak during Hurricane Florence. He checked all the areas that had us concerned, all the while educating us on the causes of mold and its detection. Lucky for us, we had mildew but no mold! Alan was very friendly and thorough and insisted there was no charge for his inspection. We will definitely call him again and will be recommending Restoration 1 of Raleigh to our friends!

All of the above attributes, and I felt like the representative really heard me and understood my issue. She only did a free inspection so far. She discovered mold or mildew growing under the vinyl siding on the exterior of my house near a faucet. I thought the faucet was involved, and its proximity certainly led me to do a lot of washing of the vinyl to get pollen off this spring. However, she recommended I use care when doing that and maybe wipe down rather than spraying. She will submit a proposal to remedy this so I can send to my HOA.

Restoration 1 responded very quickly and showed up the same day. After looking at the situation, they recommended that I could easily pull the floor up a bit to allow it to dry out, and probably didn't need them to do any work. After 2 days, their recommendation was spot on and the floor was fine. That was very professional of them to make a recommendation where they didn't get the job, because the customer could take care of it. I will definitely go back to Restoration 1 in the future for any restoration needs.

Came and did a free inspection and.... didn't find anything! Gave me some suggestions, but no charge. I TRIED to at least buy them lunch, but they insisted it was free, and asked me to call next time I had an issue. So refreshing to have someone that could have told me anything they wanted to and charged a bunch but kept their integrity.

Our third party billing company uses the same billing software the insurance companies do, so there is an extremely accurate and detailed bill submitted to the client's insurance company.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out what the client needs, answer any questions they have, and get them timely and accurate answers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has an excellent working knowledge of houses and their systems. Our General Manager and our Project Manager have long histories in healthcare and commercial kitchens (think CLEAN!!). Our general manager has worked in Healthcare (operations and construction) as well has home remodeling for 20 years.
