I am beyond disgusted. My furniture was damaged and broken. When I inquired about it, I was told that someone would get back with me and that never happened. I requested an earlier appointment for the movers to arrive and was texted the night before ( after calling and texting 2 days prior requesting an ETA) that they would arrive at 1pm. (They didn’t finish unloading until 12:30am) The lack of communication regarding payment-( the movers only accepted certified money orders, not credit or debit card payments-) Then there was an up charge- I wasn’t made aware of until the truck was loaded- Needless to say, I failed to do my homework/ research as it pertains to this moving company- I will aid you in your search- Do Not Use This Company!!!!
