- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 2 men at $85/hour or 3 men at $100/hour This includes a Truck, as well as padding for furniture protection and any tools needed for the job. — *Labor only services are priced at $85/hour for 2 men and $100/hour for 3 men. ( Labor only consists of 'Furniture / heavy lifting' or 'Packing / unpacking' )
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we assess the size of their move, the distance, and the labor cost. This is then totaled, and then each sum is explained to the customer beforehand. We also inquire about packing services, and supplies that may be needed to ensure that we're taking all the necessary precautions to care for our customer's belongings. We are always available via phone or text for any questions/queries that customers may have leading up to the big day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are highly trained, and knowledgeable in this field. We conduct a training session upon hiring new employees and follow up sessions as needed to ensure that they are always performing at the best of their ability and representing our company at the highest standard.
