I worked at the same company as Christine. She was my manager. Part of her role was to plan company events such as holiday parties, off-site work events, and parties at the office. Christine was very attentive when it came to planning these parties. She made our holiday party such a great experience and paid close attention to detail with everyone's requests, dietary restrictions, etc. The venue she booked was amazing, as were the decorations that Christine managed herself. As far as other events, Christine coordinated a lot of fun events for our office. We had a day at the fair, a bowling night, etc. Christine was really creative and thought outside of the box of ways all of the employees could have fun and do team-building activities at the same time. And everything she planned was very detail-oriented. She always covered all the bases.

Christine is a top notch organizer and event planner. She organized my bachelorette party down to the very last detail, dinner, games, transportation, hotel stays, financial obligations, you name it. I didn't worry about a thing the entire night, she took care of not only details, but also difficult situations that I never knew were happening until after the party. Being so free to enjoy myself is something I look for in a planner. I highly recommend Christine if you are looking for someone that can take control, let you breath and handle all the details.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I LOVE parties, weddings, and events! I have hosted many of my own events over the years and helped throw many others, at some point I realized that planning events just came naturally to me. I also have lots of experience in serving and catering as well as in office management. In considering my experience and skills, I realized that Event Planning made the most sense for me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do NOT just pick anyone because they have good reviews. Meet your vendor beforehand and decide if you can have a working relationship with this person. If you don't enjoy their personality, you won't want them to be at your wedding or any other important event for that matter.
