- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to have a successful short-term rental (STR), you'll need to invest - time, money, & energy - in both the initial set up and the ongoing hosting management. Our pricing packages compensate for our industry knowledge and experience, our attention to detail, our accessibility and thorough documentation, and the proven quality of our work. We offer discounts for estimates, referrals, and certain homes depending on the area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is a consultation call, where we follow-up by sending a brochure with more details around our work and historical outcomes. Before we enter any agreements (for setup or hosting subscriptions), we conduct a full property audit to gain a complete picture of what the home is and where the client wants it to be. From the audit, we offer a detailed contract to outline the scope of services and the client/provider agreements.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Wholly Managed was born out of service; our founder wanted to help a friend communicate with a difficult tenant, and served as a mediator for several months to ease tensions and ensure both tenant and owner could end the lease agreement on neutral terms. When that was successful, it grew to include several other properties (including short-term rentals). Wholly Managed was born, and over the years shifted focus to short-term rentals and hospitality services.
