Camille has been amazing!! My home was borderline a hoarder house and she came in and has talked me through each step with grace and kindness. She gets so much done too in just a short amount of time it amazes me every time! She has been professional, responds quickly and she goes above and beyond what I expected. I am autistic and deal with a lot of mental health concerns and she has handled me so well with so much care. She really is the best. I literally could go on and on about how amazing she is! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a minimum of 4hr projects starting at $55/hr.
We also provide packages for bigger projects that will require more time:
1. Joy package - 18hrs/ $935.00
2. Serenity package - 24 hrs/ $1,210.00
3. Harmony package - 36 hrs/ $1,815.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introductory call- This is a free, no obligation call where I understand what are the current client's needs, what are the areas of the house or business that they want to work on and what are the things that are not working for them right now with their space design.
2. Virtual Home Consultation - This is Zoom call/ virtual walk thru of the space. Then I am able to recommend a plan and an estimate of hours for the organizing sessions.
3. Organizing sessions - In this stage, I collaborate with the client to determine what items will be tossed or donated. After we know the items that the client wants to keep I work on my own categorizing items, containing items and creating systems. The amount of hours will depend on the scope of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the professional organizing course with the Organizer Club. I also have a bachelor’s degree in General Psychology as well as a master’s degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology. My Psychology background helps me support clients during transitions or big life events they might be going through.
