FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I set fair pricing and the more you buy the more you save. Commitments are honored because I know you will get the most satisfying results out of longer commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer a complementary session. After discussing the client's goals and any health/injury related concerns I set up a session to help discover where the client current abilities are and what we can hope to accomplish in what kind of time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified. This means I have a nationally accredited certification to teach and train with. This is an important question to ask any trainer because there are many certifications out there that are not nationally accredited. This means that the trainer likely did not receive the same level of education from their program. My number one concern for all of my client's is their safety. I started my fitness journey already injured. Not knowing how injury occurs or how to prevent it is a huge obstacle many encounter striving for their fitness goals. I believe in health, balance and happiness all of which keep you on track and moving progressively forward.
