WONDERFUL SERVICE!! I had an HP Envy 360 labtop with a broken touch screen and hinge and he was able to pick it up and repair it very quickly. It works like new! I am very anxious when it comes to finding tech repair but I'm so glad I reached out. I highly recommend!!!

My son cracked his laptop touchscreen. HK was super responsive with messaging and communicated with me every step of the way. He drove to my house, picked up the computer and charger, and returned it completely repaired. Very professional – I would definitely recommend if you need a laptop screen repair.

My daughter cracked the screen on her iPad and I was trying to find someone fast and reasonable with their prices. I looked around and sent several messages to different people but he responded within minutes and was very professional and punctual on our meeting times. He told me that the repair would take an hour and he had it done less than that. I will definitely be coming back if I have any more accidents with my electronics.

HK Tech Repair was super responsive and very clear about the project. My phone screen was cracked and the LCD needed to be replaced, as well as one of the cameras on the device. He let me know the cost of the project, how long it would be to receive the parts and how long it would take to repair. Parts arrived about two days after he ordered them, as expected. He offered to fix immediately (7 PM that evening), picked up my phone, fixed and returned within about 1 1/2 hours.

Everything was as he described, very pleased with his work and communication at all times.
