- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic fees: $30 (If troubleshooting is required to determine the cause of issue.) This is due on arrival and it is non-refundable even if client fails to go through with recommended repairs after diagnosis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we come to an agreement as per cost, time and location, I'll open a service ticket with the client's name and contacts. Client will receive confirmation email from "IT Crack Team Inc." email address. On the appointment day, client will bring in the device or I'll go to the client's location. After completion of the task(s), client will confirm and make payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bsc. degree in Computer Engineering. Also, I have Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate certifications. In terms of training and experience, I have received several hours of training on the jobs I had with several multinational companies and start-ups. I have 27 years of experience in Information Technology field.
