I haven't been able to find anyone who would take a look at my inkjet printer in about two years, and had been told that it should just be thrown out. Jeffry did take a look at it and realized the print head just needed cleaning. This saved me from tossing out a perfectly good printer, and saved me a lot of money! Would definitely recommend. I also found his fee extremely reasonable!
