He did a great job with our piano which hadn't been tuned in 20 years. He fixed a key that didn't work and did a great job tuning. We had several notes that stick. All but one are working great now.

Richard was extremely professional during the tuning. He worked diligently for several hours, and the piano sounded great when he was done. His price was very reasonable, and he made himself available just a few days after I put in a request for a tuner.

He did a wonderful job. He was thorough and he stayed late (1:00 a.m.) to finish tuning our 100 year old piano that hadn't been tuned in years. This was after already coming to our home once to repair strings and taking part of the piano home to work on it there. His pricing is very reasonable. We are so glad to have found him to service our piano and have already recommended him to friends!
