Reggie was communicative and showed up on time on the scheduled date. He explained what needed to be replaced and why, and had the parts on hand to repair the fireplace. This is the second time we've hired RH Gas (the first was for the same fireplace leaking gas) and we would again. Looking forward to the good-as-new fireplace for the upcoming winter and for years to come.
