- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer quality work for reasonable prices. We also provide discounts for any military, senior citizens, medical staff, police and teachers! Our discount is 7% off of labor. (material is not included) All material pricing will be provided once we can get a hands on look at the task. (All receipts will be provided to ensure accurate pricing for materials.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always discuss the details, time frame, materials and labor costs upfront and figure out exactly what they are looking for, and give them a detailed description of the work that we will perform and once satisfied and comfortable we proceed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have combined 56 years of experience in a local family owned and operated business, plumbing, decks, remodels, cabinets, flooring and much more. We take pride in our family owned business and customer service and satisfaction are our focus!
