- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Reply On Thumbtack 2. Request a complimentary phone call to discuss more details of the job 3. Depending on the location in- person or virtual quote 4. If agreed , 25% deposit is required for scheduling 5. Day of job : Take before pictures of property and complete the job with great emphasis 6. Job complete : Tour with customer for finishing approval. Collect the remaining balance of invoice 7. Satisfaction review link will be sent to the customer’s phone
