We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every property and owner's goals are different, so we tailor our recommendations and services accordingly. Our management plans are designed to provide maximum value while helping owners reduce vacancy, minimize maintenance costs, and protect their investment. We also offer discounts for owners with multiple properties and can customize service packages to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary consultation to discuss your property, goals, and timeline. From there, we provide a rental analysis, review our management services, and answer any questions you may have. Once onboarded, we handle everything from marketing and tenant placement to maintenance coordination, rent collection, inspections, and ongoing property management. Our goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of licensed North Carolina real estate professionals with extensive experience in property management, leasing, and real estate investing. We stay up-to-date on North Carolina landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, market trends, and industry best practices through ongoing education and professional development. As part of the Real Property Management network, we also have access to industry-leading systems, training, and resources.
