- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Looking to list your home with us? All listing agency contracts come with a free state licensed appraisal covered by Houtman Home Realty. Looking to buy? Go under contract with us and Houtman Home Realty will cover the cost of your general 3rd party inspection? All fees are negotiable and discounts provided are case by case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is about you and your needs. We are hear to listen and procure based on your individual needs. For listing your home, we are partnered with Heights Construction to be a one stop shop to preparing and listing your home. We set an appointment for a home visit, evaluate with the home with a Broker Opinion. Simultaneously we evaluate and will estimate costs to get your home the repairs it needs so you can get the highest return of your equity. Once reviewed and we receive your approval we get work and take care of the rest to get your home repaired, prepped and sold. For buyers, we listen to your needs and develop a search strategy based on your wants and desires. When a home comes to market that fits your needs we negotiate extensively to give you the highest value in your home purchase.
