Kim was perfect for us. She had the task of finding us land for horses, a cabin we could agree upon and it had to be close enough to our daughters school. She became a friend. We would highly recommend.Oct 4, 2017
Kim is great, she worked with my husband and I. Even if we couldn't both be at a house on the same day, she would take one of us one day and if it was liked the other would see it another dayOct 4, 2017
Kim was amazing to work with. She truly listened to what I was looking for, then searched to help me find it.May 3, 2018

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Masters in Marketing and Business Management. I also spent 16 years working in Customer service, Sales management and event planning. I was a board member of a non-profit youth organization for 3+ years. I am a top producing mentor for new agents in our firm as well as a tech specialist. I also sit on our Office's Advisory Council
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have had the privilege with working with a vast range of customers and have enjoyed helping each and everyone of them. I have worked with first time home buyers and more experienced buyers and sellers in all price points. Each customer is unique in their needs and wants. I value the opportunity to get to know them and help them achieve their goals in their time frame.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I would highly recommend that you meet with the agent before previewing houses. The goal and objective of this meeting pretty much like a job interview. Make sure you want to work for that client and that client feels comfortable working for you. The home buying and selling process can get intense at times, especially in our high demand, low inventory market, and you want to be sure you have a comfort level with your agent that they are looking out for your best interest.
