I can't recommend Steve highly enough. This was my first time buying a home, and I needed some handholding and someone to guide me through the process. Steve was recommended by a close friend and I am trilled I switched realtors to work with him. This was my first time buying and I knew I would need extensive guidance, particularly having relocated from out of state where the system is a little different. That, and I might add that I am extremely picky and particular. Steve was very patient, went above and beyond in taking time to explain things to me as well as understand what exactly would fit my wants/needs and budget. I was lucky to work with someone who talked me off a few ledges and made a point to also make sure I would not end up over my head. I love to schedule an in-person meeting first so we can learn more about each other and make sure we'll work well together. From there we'll discuss your goals and determine the best path forward to achieve them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed North Carolina real estate broker and have undergraduate and master's degrees in business administration.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first got involved and developed a passion for real estate through property management when I was in college. Property ownership has been a very fulfilling and rewarding part of my life, and I wanted to help others achieve the same results.
