She was absolutely amazing. These were our first two Airbnb units we finalized and needed professional photos. She was patient with us as we were running just a tad bit behind and didn't make us feel bad or rushed at all. I didn't even have to tell her what kind of photos to take as it relates to Airbnb as she is so familiar with the process. I would definitely use her services again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fixed pricing structure based on home size (the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home). This is a better determinant than square footage calculations in many instances. I also provide a free 2D floor plan with every interior shoot!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a lead I try to first find available times that work for us both. Then, I send over details about the project: a price quote, session duration, how and when final images are delivered, etc. Once the slot is reserved with a deposit, I send over a form that helps me to determine the customer’s stylistic preferences for the images. It lets client have more control over how they like their photos to look. Then, following the session, I send the finalized images in about 2-5 days depending on the number of photos taken.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m FAA Certified Drone Pilot (Part 107 Licensed).
