My husband and I relocated to the Chapel Hill area from TN. Working with a realtor while out of state can be difficult, but Aaron made our experience very wonderful. He was very helpful in providing information about the area, and he was always available to answer our questions anytime. We loved that he was prompt in replying to emails or texts. We had one weekend in which to find a home when we came to NC, and Aaron devoted his whole weekend to helping us look at many houses and then in negotiating a contract on a house. He is enthusiastic, positive, and super friendly--a real joy to spend time with. Aaron provided excellent professional help with communicating with the seller and various others involved in the home buying process. After closing on our house, Aaron went above and beyond his duty as our realtor in helping us deal with some various issues that came up after we moved in. I would highly recommend Aaron to be your realtor!

Aaron was a huge help in finding a great home for me in raleigh! Right away I was sent a huge list of quality homes meeting all my requirements and once I chose my favorites he set up times to look at them. I will definitely use him again in the future!

Aaron has gone above and beyond with me and my husband! He listened to everything we wanted in a house and found many options around the triangle for us. He is always prompt about answering emails and phone calls and is very kind and professional. I would highly recommend him as a realtor.

Met George Pittman with Real Living Property and mentioned I was interested in selling my home. George did a great job with getting us started with the selling (Sold in 4 days) and then introduced us to Aaron for buying. Aaron coming into our life made things soooo much easier for us.
