Tramaine did a wonderful job replacing my water heater. He came to diagnose the issue later in the evening to accommodate our schedule and replaced the tank the next day. We recently had well failure at our home of 30 yrs. We contacted several places that either declined the job or just ignored our inquiry. Given that, I was really happy to get a quick professional reply from QFHS.
We had a new water line put in , with all the associated trenching, re-piping, and other work needed to make this happen. It was done very quickly and professionally. Any questions I had along the way were answered completely.
Since we were out of water, the situation was urgent and QFHS treated it as such. I had never used Quick Fix before but I'm happy to say when I need help again, I will reach out to them first.
