Tremaine got back to me within 4 hrs of my initial message, came the next day for inspection, and had the entire repair completed within 2 days. He was direct, on time, showed me the problem, and a clear communicator. I paid 1/2 up front and 1/2 at the end of the job. I would definitely have Tremaine out again.

Tramaine did a wonderful job replacing my water heater. He came to diagnose the issue later in the evening to accommodate our schedule and replaced the tank the next day.
