I had an older roof that needed to be replaced so I contacted 1st Rate. They came out and did an inspection, worked out an estimate, and got me on the schedule to get the roof replaced. The whole process was very smooth. The quality of the new roof is terrific, and the crew knew what they were doing. Plus, they did a great job cleaning up after the work was done.

The work didnt last 8 months. They never came to pick up leftover material, i need them to come and repair their repairs! But the phone number and email and website are no longer in service.
