I had an issue of a gutter spout emptying onto a flat roof because of an addition. It caused issues with rotten wood. Roof Puppy installed a gutter extension so that it emptied into an existing gutter. Thank you for solving this ongoing issue.

Roof Puppy quickly responded to my request to repair my gutter which was missing a downspout and some screening. While on the roof he discovered a squirrel was making a hole in my roof to get inside! There was also a rotten spot on the trim. He took care of the gutter issues and also cleared my entire deck of leaves - there were a lot of those. I'm so glad I found out about the bad squirrel and the rotten spot - he will get back to me today w an estimate to repair. Thanks Roof Puppy !

This was my first time working with Roof Puppy, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future work! We’ve been gradually replacing sections of Masonite siding as needed, and John was incredibly responsive. He came out quickly for a consult and was able to get started the following week on both siding and trim repair. As the project got underway, the team discovered potential bug damage. They were flexible and patient while we had it inspected and treated, and they even took on some additional repair needs that came up—all while sticking as close to the original schedule as possible. Unlike previous contractors who cut corners and left us with repairs down the line, John and his team did the work right. The quality and professionalism were top-notch from start to finish. My decision to hire Roof Puppy was based on the initial written quote provided to me, which included a window screen at no additional cost. I made it clear at the outset that, if this agreement was honored, I would provide a five star review. Once the project was underway, I was informed that additional funds were required for materials. This was unexpected and placed me in a difficult position, as I had selected Roof Puppy specifically because their quoted price—along with the promised complimentary screen—made them the most competitive option. As a result, I declined several other companies whose bids I might have otherwise accepted. Given that the final cost did not align with the original agreement, and that the “free” screen ultimately became an added expense, I cannot in good conscience provide the five star review I had fully intended to do.
