- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, detailed estimates with straightforward pricing and no hidden fees. Pricing varies based on the scope of work, materials, access, and project conditions. We focus on fair, competitive pricing and quality workmanship rather than being the lowest bidder. When applicable, we may also offer discounts for bundled work or certain payment methods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site evaluation to understand the project, inspect the affected areas, and discuss the homeowner’s goals. From there, we provide a clear written estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, and pricing. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, installation, cleanup, and final walkthrough so the process stays organized from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience across roofing, siding, windows, exterior trim, and repair work, along with ongoing manufacturer and product training. We stay current on installation methods, flashing and water-management practices, material specifications, and manufacturer requirements so each project is completed with long-term performance in mind.
