Introduction: I have been doing plumbing in Wake County for the past 20 years. I am a licensed and insured residential plumbing contractor who also has a specialized electrical license that allows me to perform any electrical work pertaining to plumbing. I can repair and/or replace any plumbing fixture in your home. I specialize in tankless water heater installation and repair.
I have always enjoyed working with my hands, interacting with people, and learning how and why things work and fixing/improving them. Over the past 20 years, I have installed and repaired many residential plumbing systems and fixtures. These include, but are not limited to, tank and tankless water heaters, toilets, faucets, disposals, and water/drain line repairs. It is very important to me that the customer be satisfied with the work and the customer service that I provide.

Ross was great to work with. He had been very thorough in the installation of our new water heater. We had some questions about this particular direct-vent gas natural installation and Ross communicated quickly, accurately and courteously even while he was doing the job. We highly recommend him.

The hot water pressure in our bathroom was very low. Ross figured out right away how to fix it. (We've had two other plumbers over the past year who could not figure it out). It now works perfectly. He was prompt, smart, and charged a fair price.
