Greg and Steven did a fine job installing the Rheem Ikonic tankless water heater. They answered all my questions and the quote was several hundred dollars cheaper than the other plumbing contractors.

I had an unexpected water heater leak and the first quote I received was outrageous. I called NCWH for a second opinion and was connected/set up with an appointment the next day. Greg Degenhardt came out, calmed my nerves and gave me his thoughts on what I should do. The main issue of what needed to be fixed wasnt even fully disclosed from the original company (they were just trying to get me to replace the entire system) so I appreciated Gregs honest opinion and explanation. He repaired the leak and adjusted some other things that were done incorrectly by the previous home owner, without question. He was on time, extremely respectful and knowledgeable. He also explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it. I felt so relieved when he was finished, especially because the cost was less than half of what I was quoted from the first company! I will only be calling NCWH for any upcoming plumbing needs. Thanks Greg!

Its not the first time Ive used NC Water Heaters for plumbing work, but I wanted to again highly recommend them!Steven was at my place to do some repairs and routine maintenance on the water heater they had installed and he was great! He not only took care of things earlier than originally planned, but took the time to answer my questions and provide good recommendations too. Thanks again Steve!Update on 5/21/2025 - I am adding that I also started having problems with a frequently tripping breaker. Scheduling was quicker than I expected, and Michael stopped by this morning and took care of the electrical issue. Again, an A+ response and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thanks Michael!

Excellent service, from initial call to project completion. Our water heater went out at 600 am. By 430 pm we had a new unit installed. Greg D. and Steven C. were professional and very efficient.
