James Gangi was my electrician and he did a wonderful job installing my ceiling fan, Ring doorbell, and replacing a damaged wall outlet. He was on time and went right to work, he gave me options and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He even checked out our electric panel to be sure the wiring in our old house was put in properly and safely. Our house is over 60 years old and I appreciated his concern. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk to during the job and it was altogether a very comfortable experience. He even cleaned the area he worked in and took away all the packaging from the fan and Ring, it was as if he hadn’t been there! I appreciated that a lot because a lot of other contractors will often leave a mess everywhere! James offers great service and NC Water Heaters made the appointment as quickly as possible and were very responsive to my messages. I will use them again!

NC Water Heaters was quick to respond to my inquiry and James quickly diagnosed the problem with our attic fan. He was ready with solutions and efficiently replaced the parts. He was great to work with and did excellent repair work.

Reached out to NC Water Heaters, Plumbing, and Electrical. They responded quickly. Set up an appt. Showed up on time and charged a very reasonable price to install 2 bathroom exhaust fans. Will definitely use again.
