I think that AJ is phenomenal and I can’t wait until my bonus come in. So he can bring us a new garagedoor that actually works! It was broke when we purchased the home and now we have to pay to get it fixed! I can’t wait until AJ fixes it for us!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We complete a discovery call, schedule a time for visit with our technician, Upon arrival we will make sure everything is included in the quote, we will send a quote/invoice automated to an email (We will print an invoice; only if needed. We would like to remain paperless) Payments are as easy a 1-2-3! Check or Credit preferred
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has a B.A in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She has been in sales and service for over 10 years with a Stunning Track record with her customers. Our technician has 4+ years experience and SUPERB Customer Service experience. We never leave a customer without knowing our work is complete to the fullest!
