- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are experts in large tree removal and hazardous tree removal. We provide professional high quality work and are fully insured. Fully insured means we not only do we carry commercial liability insurance, but also workers comp insurance and commercial auto insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we provide a free in-person estimate. At DC Tree Cutting estimates are always free. Once you agree to a job you'll sign the quote and be added to our schedule at a time you approve of. Once the work is complete and cleanup finished we will collect final payment for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have well over 10 years of experience in the tree cutting and removal industry. Our tree expert's focus on safety and customer satisfaction. When required we have a staff ISA arborist that will supervise work, or provide written assessments.
