Will did a great job. He arrived early (bonus!), hung curtain rods on 2 windows, and even offered to hang a piece of artwork - he did a fantastic job with that, too. I highly recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my rates on a $50 per hour labor charge, except for certain things (Larger Jobs) then it's a daily rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy working with new customers, once I receive contact, I usually speak with them about the project, find out what is involved, and provide a quote. Then we schedule a time to do the work, and that's it. It gets done, no games!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the last 20+ years except for a short break to go back to school, I have been in the construction/service fields. I have worked in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanics, Framing, and more.
