Jovy took pictures of my little boy when he was 4 months old and did an awesome job! She came to the house at a convenient time for us and brought props for a fall theme. We had a variety of shots and poses to choose from within a few days. The quality of the prints we received were very nice as well.

Jovy was amazing! This is a two perspective review, one from me and one from my boyfriend (or now fiance!!) Me: Jovy was awesome!! She was already at Blowing Rock before my boyfriend and I got there. I didn't even know that she was there to take pictures of us (so easy going and blended in with the other people). When the proposal happened I realized that she and her husband were there to take pictures of us :)! She had already scoped out the area and took us around to a few of the best places to take pictures. She even brought scrabble pieces to use as a prop (which was SUPER cute). She let us be us and also gave us good direction on how to get the best pictures, which anyone knows is a huge deal when it comes to such a special occasion. I cannot express how thankful and appreciative I was of her!!! :) My Fiance!: Jovy was very helpful in planning and coordinating the whole photo shoot. We managed to set everything up through email and never even met in person until the day of the proposal! Even though we had to change the location multiple times due to weather, she was very easy going and flexible. I really appreciated how well she played along with the proposal and really made it a special surprise! We definitely plan to use her again in the future. p.s. thanks to Chris for being there and putting up with us as well! We hope anyone who reads this understands that Jovy is GREAT and if you can you REALLY should book her!!!

I am subscribed to various photography forums that keep me up to date.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done mostly Lifestyle Portraits in which I enjoy very much because the client gets to be themselves and that is the best time to capture that shot!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My most recent job was a session for two cutie pies! The two brothers where so loving and they each expressed their personalities. I was so glad that I was able to capture those special moments between them. These are the memories that take you back to the innocence of a child and you truly cherish that moment forever.
