One of the biggest advantages to James is that he comes to my location. My books are not a huge job but in the past I always had to do an accountants copy and that restricted my ability to continue paperwork on customers jobs for a couple of days. Now he comes in, does his job and if there are questions they are answered right then. I'm right back in business with little or no paperwork delays.

We used Alyson as a business consultant about 5 years ago, she put together a risk analysis for us, in about 2 weeks. She provided her expert opinion on our areas for opportunity. Since then she's been managing one of the stores, and running day to day business. The store always looks impeccable and is achieving its sales and customer growth goals. She runs all of the social media accounts, and handles all of the staffing and scheduling. Alyson is able to multi-task and remain focused on the bottom line.

Brian started with the concept of a new logo for our company. He did this by looking at our industry as a whole and creating something that says exactly what we do and who we are. From there business cards, cover sheets and lastly a brochure were created. In my opinion they are the most professional we have ever had. Brian accepts the and welcomes the creative input from the client as well. I found Brian very easy to work with and he remained patient with my small and minuscule changes, making sure everything was perfect before going to print. I don't know what the industry standard is these type of services, however I found his prices to be very reasonable especially with the time spent with the creative process and subsequent items. I also found the printing prices to be lower than average, especially with the quality of products we received. You can not only see the difference, but feel the difference as well. I will continue to rave about our "product" and I do make it a point to let people know exactly who created it.
