Shone' decorated and hosted a baby shower for me. The theme was unique and she was great with creating. One of a kind decor. She was very entertaining and I loved having her as my hostess! I would recommend her for a future function.

This girl is all smiles when I think about how great and professional shone was at the 2 events she done for me and my son. Shes very creative and very innovative. I would definitely hire her again for all my events! ! Matter of fact shes doing my sons bday party in May. A carnival themed party. Cant wait to see her ideas come to life. She gets 2 thumbs up!!!

I chose A Popular Affair for my Birthday Day Party this past weekend, February 14, 2015, after speaking with the owner Shone. She was professional, awesome, patient, and listened to my needs. She provided me with great suggestions for decorations. Her menu was great and easy to read. The count per item along with pricing was great, I could pick and choose whatever I wanted. Other companies wanted the number of people at the party and charged per person but with her menu YOU are in charge. Shone was prompt and her table set up was excellent, had a functional flow, and was spectacular. The food was amazing!!! I had the turkey meatballs, chicken wings, fruit skewers, and pasta salad. Everyone loved the chicken salad sandwiches and deli sandwiches as well. In addition to the food, the dessert bar was the highlight of the event with many different options and the flavors was mouth watering. Thank, thank for making my Birthday Day/Valentine a beautiful event!!!! I would Highly recommend A Popular Affair and I will use her for other events. Shamille Harrell

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always work along side other planners and caterers when I am not having a busy weekend. This helps me to see and learn of different styles that other caterers and planners are doing. It let's me step back from being the "lead" and humble myself in the learning process.
