Hired for kitchen remodel to include cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, appliances, new drywall, ceiling repair, remove two doors and finish casings, hang barn door and install one door in bedroom. I paid for cabinets 5/30 and after multiple calls they were finally delivered 7/30. He said he would walk me through the process step by step, yet I was the one who had to organize every step. I never knew when they would show up. Appliances were delivered and sat in my living room for 3 days before the stove and fridge were hooked up. That was 8/19. I haven't seen him since. He doesn't respond to my text or calls. The cabinets were installed to close to fridge which doesn't fit now and the freezer door can't open. The dishwasher and over the stove microwave are still in my dining room! The sink isn't hooked up to plumbing so no water since 7/30 demo day. So... In short, the only thing done is cabinets on walls (not finished) bedroom door hung but no hardware (door knob), walls in kitchen partially done with drywall, still have holes not patched from demo day. Oh yeah, plus it seems I paid for a 36" vanity cabinet that was delivered that I didn't order (was told he'd remove and credit) it's still in my den! I handled the scheduling and setup for the granite countertops and he charged me 20% "cost plus" for the appliances and granite which he didn't do the work for!!!

Our pricing is always fair and with the market. Also with our products comes a manufactures warranty on the products themselves as well as our Lifetime labor warranty!

Typical process consists or a free estimate and home visit, followed up by estimate.

I have more then 15 years experience in the construction industry. Combined we have over 45 years experience.
