- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the project, the amount of debris or materials needed, and the time required to complete the job. I provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. For cleanups, mulch installs, sod, turf, and tree trimming, I give price ranges first and then confirm the final price once I see photos or visit the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for a few photos of the area so I can give an accurate estimate. Once the customer approves the estimate, I schedule the job at the earliest available time. On the day of service, I confirm arrival, complete the work professionally, and send before/after photos. Payment is simple and can be done online or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands‑on experience in landscaping, cleanups, mulch installation, sod installation, turf work, and tree trimming. I’ve spent years learning proper techniques for yard restoration, plant care, and outdoor maintenance to ensure every job is done safely and professionally.
