I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. From beginning to end, they were absolutely incredible to work with.

While their pricing was well within my budget, what impressed me most was the level of communication, service, and expertise they provided throughout the entire process. My project involved removing an old DIY tile backsplash, replacing the drywall underneath, and installing a completely new backsplash. Before the work even began, they took the time to offer several design ideas that could enhance my kitchen, all of which were thoughtful and genuinely helpful. They even had tile selections available to recommend if I hadn’t already chosen one myself.

Communication was exceptional. From scheduling to answering my many questions along the way, they were responsive, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. I never felt like I was bothering them or being rushed through the process. They made me feel completely at ease and confident that I had chosen the right company.

Once the work began, that same attention to detail continued. They worked methodically and carefully, making sure everything was installed correctly and exactly the way I wanted it. What impressed me even more was that they weren’t simply there to install what I had purchased—they were actively looking for ways to make the finished project better. I had purchased an immense amount of tile trim, and after seeing the space, they suggested a much better solution that gave the backsplash a cleaner, more seamless finished look.

The end result exceeded my expectations, but just as importantly, the entire experience was excellent. It’s rare to find a company that combines quality workmanship, great communication, thoughtful recommendations, and genuinely outstanding customer service this well.

I will absolutely be using them again for any future projects they can help me with. They were worth every penny, and I would recommend them without hesitation.
