- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a new start up I am currently very flexible with pricing and willing to work with almost any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is one of my main focuses in starting this business. I will listen to your needs, be respectful, and provide a transparent estimate to complete the project. Estimates can be done over the phone at no charge or I can come assess the project in person for a one time fee of $35. Once the estimate is accepted we will agree on a day/time to complete the project. I will send a confirmation text the day before as well as a dispatch text on the day of the project to let you know I’m on the way. When I arrive we will review the scope of work and the estimate prior to starting the project. Next I will set up my workspace, start/finish the project, clean my work area, and review the work completed with you. After the project is completed and reviewed then payment will be collected in the form of cash/check/Venmo
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a professional handyman with a local franchise and have been with the company for four years. I also have 10 years of prior experience in all kinds of construction related work.
