My heat pump decided it wanted to go completely haywire smack in the middle of an intense heat spike. I found Queen Solutions on Thumbtack and they did not disappoint. Mr. Lopez showed up on, what I would call, a moment's notice, and diagnosed the issue. Came back first thing the next morning with the solution. Very reasonably priced even with the cost of fuel right now. About a week or so later, it decides it's not finished wreaking havock (it's literally only 4 years old). He came out again in the sweltering heat and took so many things apart and tried everything until he found the real issue. Kept in touch with us the entire time as we waited for parts. Assured me he would get it cooling again before the next heat wave and he did just that!! Wrapped the job up today just in time for 90 and above temperatures beginning tomorrow. He is very professional, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and does very clean, honest work. Highly respectful of his workspace, his clients and their home. I can't recommend this company enough and have planned many other projects with them in the coming weeks. But catch him fast!! He's in high demand and rightfully so!! Thanks so much again Mr. Lopez!

I originally hired Queen Solutions to repair my HVAC system, which they did flawlessly. And then I hired them to pressure clean my entire house. Living next to a busy road, causes a lot of dirt to build up on the front porch among other places. He worked me in on a cancellation and took very good care of my belongings (outdoor furniture and Blackstone) and moved them gently to the yard while he cleaned the porch, windows, awnings etc. He was very thorough and did another amazing job! Queen Solutions has been detained as our regular. Highly recommend!! And, is in high demand! Don't delay booking this Small Business Gem of a find!
