We Can do a Wide variety of Jobs. My husband has been doing residential construction and remodeling for 19 years now. I have been doing Landscaping and Tree work for 15 years. We think of every job as if we are doing it on our own home for our family. We were both taught at a early age that you do not do a job unless you are going to do it right, we do not cut corners to make things easier on us. It was great working with this company. Very responsive and kept me in the loop on their arrival time. Assessed the issue, even found the replacement part and picked up for us at the local Lowe’s and came back swiftly to install. Very quick, professional and would definitely recommend!

I definitely recommend this company! We had a fence that the previous company we hired left gaps in between and had double post. We hired C&M Handyman and Property Service. They exceeded my expectations!!! I can’t even tell where the gaps or double post were. I would definitely hire them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are flexible, and willing to work with you. We do quality work. Other companies May be cheaper, but We will do the job right. If there is something we are not comfortable doing or haven't done before we will tell you upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically ask what exactly you are needing done. Then we exchange numbers and try to find a time for us to meet for an estimate. Once we meet for an estimate, we then try to suggest the best possible solution. If we cant be the ones to help you then we will tell you upfront.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband Mark has been building houses for over 18 years. He also was in the Army and worked on electronics for over 3 years. I have been in tree service, and or landscaping for about 15 years. I also have worked with my dad since I was little building houses. We have been working together for about 3 years now and make a great team, What the other one lacks the other makes up for.
