I contacted Austin regarding snow removal. We agreed on time and date. He kept me informed throughout the process. He did a great job, and got my driveway down to blacktop after 11 inches of snow. Could not have been happier with his work.

Four staff cleared driveway and around car, walkway from door, about 20ft ,and 10ft of sidewalk. Unfortunately ,missed about 12 ft of sidewalk to property line. Cleaned driveway and street and spread salt. Quick and intensive work crew. Polite and responsive by phone with office, work crew in person, and Spvsr by text. Happy to use again.

Service was for snow plow driveway A No show.. Said I was 1st on list Called to confirm after 3hrs past the initial time Stated had a mechanical issue that he resolved but still was coming Never showed No way to do business No call and no message on thumbstack
