- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very reasonable and work with each client depending on their budget and needs. I also offer discount to military, EMS, police and fire personnel and also offer discounts to any family with special needs family members. I want the experience to be enjoyable and not stressful at all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to add all that is allowed in the quote. We are limited as to how much we can place in the quote so once I submit the quote I hope clients will email me or message me to ask more questions. I try to accommodate the time frame clients need. I am very flexible and also work 7 days a week to ensure I can accommodate everyone's needs. Once we decide on a date then we find the perfect location to capture the memories.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took community college classes. I learned by hands on workshops. I am always taking online continuing education classes and attending seminars. I strive to stay current and learn new photography styles and skills. This profession is one that you are always learning and everyday you can learn something new.
