- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Decks and small renovations vary in price. We do offer discounts for our teachers, military and medical workers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish contact to determine the expected satisfactory outcome. Talk over a plan and strategy with client to achieve that satisfactory outcome. Arrive on time and prepared to complete the task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked on residential construction and renovation teams helping build custom homes in hickory and Charlotte for 4 years. Then I branched out and started my own home servicing business. Our bigger projects are overseen by my mentor who is a general contractor.
