What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I first like to talk on the phone and get some valuable information as to what their plumbing project entails. After speaking on the phone I set up an appointment to go out to the residence/site to see the project and what is involved with completing the job. Estimates are free as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a business owner, I have study business marketing in college. As for Plumbing I have taken many classes to stay fresh with the codes and become knowledgeable of all the new products that keep coming out
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working at a young age in my family’s plumbing business. I continued to work hard at it and eventually got my Plumbing license.
