TekSolutions responded to me quickly, and was flexible with scheduling appointment times. They let me know when Jeremiah was on the way. He was so professional, and in addition he was friendly, polite, and courteous. He worked hard to figure out the problem, diagnose it, and order the part he needed. After receiving the part, he promptlyreturned to install it, and then we had to wait to see if it worked. And it worked. So, despite it being such a challenge, that the first company wasn’t able to fix it, and the refrigerator was so old, he did some research and came up with a solution. So I think TekSolutions is a very appropriate name for their company. They just reached out to me -several days after the installation- to see how it was working. I could not have asked for a better experience, getting my appliance repaired, and I would highly recommend Jeremiah and TekSolutions.

Tek Solutions came out and installed multiple new appliances in my kitchen today. The professionalism, communication, attention to detail and care were top notch.
