and foremost I am a carpet repair specialist I do not clean carpet, my specialty is restretching wrinkled old carpet and fixing damaged carpet buy expert patching whether it be pet damage or Clorox pill or a burn it is most cost effective to repair as opposed to replace saving the customer hundreds of dollars... now a little about me , I am a perfectionist, I do all some work and I do it well as you can see by my reviews, I take my job very seriously. I truly enjoy what I do, it's a challenge to try to make something old and worn out look new again, to cut out a burned, stained or damaged area of carpet and make it new again with a patch...
I get to help people by fixing they're flooring problems, weather its stretching wrinkles or patching a damaged area, I do it in a quick and affordable way.
When I leave, they always have a huge smile on their face, which is always a bonus...

I highly recommend using the Carpet Doc. He was very responsive and his work is incredible. I had to have carpet stretched in two rooms, carpetrepaired on a stair and carpet patched in a closet. He did an amazing job. Definitely a true professional.

"The Carpet Doc" responded to my inquiry about a repair on our carpet very quickly. We set up a day and time, and he was on time. He was friendly and professional, and his work was top notch. We were very pleased with the repair job.
Gary was very quick and professional. He came out and made repairs the same day I requested the service. The repair was not perfect, but because of his honesty about the project, I knew exactly what to expect and he did everything he said he would do. The repair was in an awkward spot which, in my opinion, still looks great after he did his work! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for carpet install and repair!

Gary did a perfect job!! I contacted him about a burn area of carpet and he fixed it the next day. Couldn’t be happier!! I was quoted $3k and told I had to completely replace the bedroom carpet along with the closet due to this coffee can size burn in the carpet. You can’t even tell it’s there now! So pleased!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is pretty simple, there is a standard rate per room depending on size of room, type of carpet and amount of furniture to be moved. It usually averages out to about 50 $ a room for a whole house ( living.rm, 3 bed rm, hall )...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after you contact me I will make arrangements to come to your house and take care of the problem very simple& very painless
