Chef Anna is an amazing Chef and culinary artist! She single handedly shopped, prepped, cooked and catered all of the meals for the ENTIRE WEEKEND of my 40th birthday celebration in the beautiful mountains of Celo, North Carolina! Together we collaborated to create the perfect menu including seasonal and locally sourced menu items for 3 daysâ worth of appetizers, cocktails and meals for all 20 of us. I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and timely communications as well as her thoughtful consideration in her preparations. We were also thrilled with her incredibly friendly and open personality as well as her attention to every last detail! Each meal was amazingly delicious, served on time and piping hot (or cold!) which allowed us to focus on spending time together as family and friends rather than cooking and cleaning! The 3 â 5 course meals were served both individually plated or individually ordered and buffet style!!!! Some in our party have serious allergies and special orders or alternatives were readily available upon request and she didnât even forget about a couple of finicky kiddos by preparing fresh homemade chicken strips and sides, special for them! This guy has a good heart. Honest and creative. It shows in his cooking! After a fateful meeting (he returned my lost work iPad) my wife and I hired him to cook a simple Stuffed Lobster meal for our 6th Anniversary. Damned if he didn't crush it! Above and beyond as he prepped sautéed scallops, a cheese plate and chicken sausage to start the meal. The Stuffed Lobster?! It melted in our mouths as this buttery deliciousness was complimented with Live Lobster, Shrimp, Lump Crab meat, and fish. Professional the entire time he executed an expertly cooked a full service anniversary meal. I'm hungry. I need to go now.
