- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for overnight stays is $30 per night for one dog and $10 for each additional dog. Daytime visits (3 per day) is $25 per day. Cat overnights are $20 per night and visits are $15 per day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet each client and their animals before they head out of town to make sure I am a good fit and that their pet is comfortable with me as well. I always ask for feeding and medication instructions to be written down and just a walk through of your every day routine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the pet care business for three years and absolutely love it. I work at A dog daycare in town and have learned so much from them.
