Chef Alexis is a former instructor at the CIA. They are featured on WECT and Fox channels. They give cooking classes featuring Mediterranean food. They have a cookbook, "Feast for the Gods" by Theodore Alexander Fouros. The couple teach at the Cape Fear Community College Culinary Institute in Wilmington, North Carolina. They do private cooking lessons and catering. Their cooking features the healthy aspects of Mediterranean food.
